"I want to shop local and stay away from WalMart... But when Sobeys marks some items $5.00 more then at WalMart...YOU MAKE IT SO HARD AND TOO EXPENSIVE TO SHOP LOCAL. CAN YOU PLEASE MAKE IT EASIER FOR US LOW INCOMERS? PLEASE KEEP OUR LOYALTY, YOU NEED TO KEEP OUR INCOME IN MIND WITH YOUR PRICES IF YOU WANT US TO SHOP WITH YOU INSTEAD OF WALMART. I KNOW YOU WANT TO MAKE MONEY... BUT WE ALL NEED TO EAT!"

"My experince have been good, well all my experiences with the worker Kara(She has solved my problems like 3x with such professionalism thank for that)? have been super. I know the workers dont make the prices so I aint going to review the price at sobeys but the actually store. The store is clean, very very few times did I see dirty stuff. I had a problem with the manager understand a non-loaded prepaid credit card incident, But Kara came and saved the day! amazing employee, said I would give her a review a month ago but forgot SORRY! Manager also fixed it and appologized for the misunderstanding, I will say though she was not so nice at first though till she understood. Overall the store is well managed specially with lack of employee in Portage lately. The deli has been great to me, happy to help crew though the meat prices (not a review a complaint) for deli are nuts to me."
